I agree with Ray's H. post as I also had an issue with them not honoring their warranty. I made 5 calls in 3 days trying to get a response in dealing with my radiator warranty. I finally got through to a rep and got his email, however after 2 more days I did not get a response from him as well after sending a email to him that same day. I decided to not go with out a car any longer and ended up purchasing and installing from a different and more reliable and professional source in town the same day. Sorry to say after on week I still have not received a return call or email. Save yourself the headache and don't waste your time and money with a company that does not honor their own warranty or customer service.

I do not recommend anyone doing business with 1-800 radiator. Let alone this shop. I bought a radiator April 2021 And after a couple weeks it started leaking. I contacted the shop they advised me I needed to take it out and bring it in so they can see if it was a manufacturer defect. And it is December 1st of 2021 and I'm still waiting. I have contacted 1800 raiders corporate office and this local office on multiple occasions and have been given the runaround. I have yet still been told if it was a manufacturer defect on the radiator I purchased. I have not received my radiator back and I have not received a refund of any amount. Oh and when I took my radiator to get checked out I purchased the second radiator because they told me it was going to take me up to a couple weeks for me to get it back or a answer and my vehicle would be down without the radiator till then. I guess this is a well lesson taught not to do business with 1-800 radiator.

Dec. 8, 2021 ..Update... After purchasing my radiator in February 2021, 10 months later I received a phone call today that I was going to receive some sort of a refund In the next 24 hours. And the caller said it will be a partial refund not a full refund. I still highly recommend that no one purchases or buys anything from 1-800 radiator I am still not a satisfied customer I will never do business with them again.

The people on the phone didn't know what was going on. Had to tell 2 people what I needed and for what car I needed them for and was quoted 2 different prices for (supposedly) the same part.
