WOW! What an amazing and pleasant experience. Honestly we were so thrilled with the customer service and ease from the get go. Thank you so much for setting up our trailer rental, situating it at the site, having it ready to go, running and set for when we arrived! We had a small/quick issue with the propane but they were on it! We got a response and resolution right away. Will definitely be using JR again!

First time renting RVs. We had a wonderful experience renting from JR RVRental. They came out and set up at Pirates Cove Resort. They provided great customer service. The 2018 30' Salem was very comfortable for our party of 5. We went during the hot weather 117 degrees and the A/C worked along with the fan. Definitely will rent from them again!

Josh rules! Super professional and easy to work with. Helped me with a large corporate event and did a great job. All RVs were newer models, clean and in good working order. Exceeded my expectations and will definitely use Josh again in the future.

We booked a trailer prior to the pandemic and had to cancel. I was not informed that the $300 deposit would not be refunded until I tried to cancel my booking due to the pandemic. She said I could reschedule within a year. So I said ok we will look at rescheduling. I was laid off due to COVID and have had a hard time financially so we had to cancel again. This time when the girl answered the phone she was originally going to refund the entire amount but called me back and said that they couldn't because it was only the deposit. When I called back to talk to the manager she was very rude so I asked to speak to her manager. She then proceeded to say that the reservation wasn't in my name (it was in my husbands) and that she shouldn't even being talking to me. I made the reservation with my husbands card and that wasn't a problem. I then called back and got Rusty in the sales department who told me he didn't know who I was talking about and said he could only transfer me to a voicemail? The total of the rental was $540 dollars. We paid the $300 so they are keeping over half of the original rental price I now own my own small business and these people are not ethical at all. I would stay far away!!!!!!!

This company is absolutely amazing. We had a flood in our home. I was in serious need of some where to stay while the house was getting fixed. This company went above and beyond to get us a RV. Considering everything was so last minute. They worked very fast very friendly staff. We are extremely thankful. It was a great unit fit all of just fine. Kitchen,bathroom,2 tv’s,fridge nice sofa. A good amount of storage. Ac blew cool it was great. 10/10 definitely recommend just make sure to book in advance. They get booked up pretty fast.

3R RV delivered a trailer for me out at Dumont Dunes everything worked great customer service was very good and this all happened with about 1 weeks notice very pleased with the service

Booked Rv ,when we got there fridge was not working alarms were going off .They also left rv on a hill so steps where 2feet high .call them immediately lady was very nice but they did not show up almost 2 days later .that really sucked .
