The People are Rude, Not Helpful, Arrogant. In the ad on one of the lots, it said 90% Silver coins. That means older than 1965. The first ones I got were 1985 and newer. When i showed them, they got upset and said read the fine print and threatened to blacklist me! They got upset that i caught them cheating me!

It was 105+ Degrees on their Black Asphault. No one would help. they just said Get in line again, ( that takes another hour ). I won a Tractor that said it was running when it came in. When I looked carefully at it, the tires were slashed, the fuel pump was loose just sitting on top of the engine and most of the wiring was physically ripped out. they lied. When I heard the boss say, Don't help him to his employee, I said to myself, I'm done dealing with there people. I stopped payment on the check. reissued another one to cover everything else but the misrepresented Tractor. This was the most Horrible experience Ever!

They charged my credit card without my concent. Total outright Fraud! Now I'm going to have to Sue them to get my money back. What a Nightmare! Jason won't even return my call now.... Wow

Bid and won a antique clock. Picked it up, half the parts were totally missing and the workings were not even screwed in to the cabinet. Why would you auction off a broken clock. 60. For a broken clock..never again.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I went to go pick up men’s, women’s, & youth caps. I had my invoice w/ small notes of # of hats that was in each lot. I noticed that 1 youth hat was missing so I informed them I was missing 1 hat. I was told to go to the office to get help & talk to the owner. Therefore, I did. Waited & finally let the owner know that I was missing 1 hat. He said, “how do you know you’re missing a hat?” My response: I counted them & I memorized the hats I bought. He talked to the man that gave me the lots & said did you count the hats? Did you search her car? At that moment, my thoughts were the owner was insinuating that I hid the hat & I was wanting another hat. Technically, he was accusing me of lying without directly saying it. After multiple times going to my truck, searching & counting the # of hats; the lady that took the pictures of the hats was called over, she again re-counted the hats & left. She then returned with the one specific hat that I was missing. Saying she was sorry that she had left the hat who knows where. SO, DEFINITELY NOT the type of customer service I was expecting from the owner. It truly hurt my feelings.

I was picking up a boat I had purchased from them. Had trouble with the hitch as it wouldn't work, ending up rebuilding it before I could leave. More than half of the staff was down there helping me, using their tools, labor, and time helping me. I tried to bring in lunch for everyone and they would have none of it. Couldn't ask for a better company or group of people. If I lived there and was looking for work they would be the first of my applications.
Their descriptions are also right on!

A W E S O M E Good deals informative staff and entertaining auctioneers! My first live auction, boy was it fun. Wide variety of items to bid on and everything from high-end cars and trucks to handmade pottery and Home Furnishings basically everything and anything. As with any auction prices may very with the diversity of the buyers and items offered. PREVIEW IS DAY BEFORE the auction and "haul out" ( picking up any items won) Is immediately after the auction ends. About 6Pm if they have a good crowd or the next day. ALL ITEMS HAVE NO RESERVE. They only pass if no one bids even $ 5. I watched a diesel tow behind air compressor generator ( Used there about $5,000 -10000 New Ingersoll Rand runs about 30K.) Sell for $250. I won 2 pallets. PALLET One was electrical wire, fuses, panels and some can lights and 2 unique Stainless Steel Florescent light fixtures. Second Pallet was over 1200lbs, I wasn't sure my 1/2 Ton truck was up to the task but I made it home with A crate of schlage locks sets (Mostly solid stainless steel) hinges, door stops, fire door magnetic sets, door reinforement collars, door closers, Alarms. ALL NEW! PURCHASE ORDER OR SALES RECEIPT on MANY ITEMS. I worked all day and still havent found the bottom of the crate! BOTH pallets were $80. Including the buyer premium and city tax. I'll be back next month To feed my packrat. Everything is going on EBay except for a couple locksets the Crate it came in and the Stainless Steel light enclosures that were designed and built by cooper electric to the bureau of prision specs. BULLET PROOF SAFETY GLASS in 3/16 Stainless Cabinets. No real market for that outside of prison (They dont shop on ebay) so the $8000ea taxpayer misappropriation, are going in my shop. What a Day!

Staff was helpful loading what we purchased. Down side is the Buyer Fee is very high at 15%. And they charge sales tax on a service which added to our purchased items an additional $1000.00!
