Our business is based in Santa Maria yet we go exclusively to Heackock because they are just that good. I've had repairs here, upgrades, and just swung by for parts.

Matt the owner, built us a custom weight distribution system since our trailer is incompatible with a stock WD hitch. It works great, and one of his employees took the time to make sure we were comfortable with it and answered all of our questions.

These guys are true professionals and we wouldn't trust our coffee trailer with anyone else!

This place provided amazing service. We needed our car set up to be towed behind our RV. The provided a prompt quote, got us scheduled, and then took all the time necessary to get it dialed in and made sure we were comfortable with the system. It works great and we're fully confident on the road.

Though, I would have preferred if all the staff wore masks (most didn't), especially inside.

Truly one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had was at Heacock. I was in a situation where my 1500 rig was getting close to towing capacity on a trailer I bought. Instead of going out and spending ridiculous money on a 2500, I decided to invest in my current rig to help it out.

I talked both with Matt (owner) and Kevin. They were both extremely helpful, explained my options, provided advice, and answered a ton of questions I had.

Their pricing isn't cheap but it's fair and 100% worth it. If I ever need anything towing related they are my first choice without hesitation.

Can't recommend these guys enough.

The work I got done was -
- Trailer brakes
- Remove and replace, hitch upgrade
- Air bags in rear suspension

Had a blown tire damage my trailer wiring while on a road trip to the central coast. I stopped in to Heacock even though they advised they were pretty booked up that day. It was an hour before closing but Matt was able to diagnose and repair the damage within an hour. Very grateful for the knowledgeable staff and quick repairs.

I own Maez Junk Removal & Hauling, the last thing I want to do is give a negative or one star review but I was extremely disappointed today.

I went into heacock trailers to get a price on one of their dump trailers, took them 10 minutes to tell me “they will get a salesman named Matt” to give me a price.

Once, I was introduced to Matt, he didn’t shake my hand or even professionally introduce himself. Once Matt did “introduce himself”
He immediately looked at his phone and ignored me for 5 minutes.

That is when I decided to walk away.

Very rude and unprofessional service.

That is coming from someone who is a local business owner.

I will now take my business elsewhere as I was very disappointed.
