I’m absolutely inlove with my new toy she truly is a beast and all thanks to Wes and Louis for making it happen! I would give them 10stars if it was an option. I call to check out a bike and talk to Chris Meadows who was amazing and very helpful and knowledgeable about the bike I was looking at, he helped me set up a time to come in and look at the bike. When I got to RideNow power-sports, I was greeted by Diego Lattimore at the door. He was friendly and knowledgeable and quickly answered my questions and showed me the bike I was looking for. From there his team assisted me and made the process great. They were very easy to work with and really went out of their way to make the deal work. They are running a great dealership. I will definitely be a returning customer.

Just got a 21 Rebel and this place was legit awesome with the entire process. If you want the best experience possible, hit up Angie W. I cannot say enough good things about her and everything she did to make this the best experience possible. Parts dept, service dept, everyone was great and I know I can go back anytime for anything I need. Seriously, go see Angie and she’ll take care of you!

Had a great experience with Sales Staff during my purchase on a new 2024 BMW R1250 GSA. Wes, Stone, and Mason were all great. All were very knowledgeable, professional, and extremely engaging. We did have a minor hiccup regarding the side panniers that I purchased and was told over the phone they had available. When I arrived, the side panniers were not on the bike and they only had one. Storm and Wes made things happen and took the panniers off one of the display bikes and put on my bike to make it right. Overall I was extremely pleased and only thing that could be improved is the amount of time it took to get in and out with the new purchase. I called the day before and told them I would be there at 9:00. I did not end up completing the paperwork and leaving until almost 2:00. If you are in need of a new bike, go see Storm, Wes, and Mason before you go anywhere else. They will take care of you.
