The ladies in the office were very friendly and accomodating. We appreciated their customer service so we could finish our job. The delivery driver was also friendly and helpful.

My husband already left his review, but I'd like to add that the woman at the counter looked and treated us like even being there was a waste of her time and energy. The woman on Friday was nice from what I understand, but Saturday was a completely different story. I think this might account for a lot of the 1 star reviews recently. It's too bad because this used to be a good rental company a few years ago.

Rented a track lift for 300 plus dollars and had a board drop on hood and cracked the center of the hood which is fixable if you wanted to with filler and a little paint and instead he charged me 1000 bucks to buy a new hood since it was the cheaper route he said. So keep that in mind when you rent from these guys they will just buy new parts and charge you a fortune for the repairs just like the other review I seen on here.

I sent a friend who was helping me there. The ladies didn't greet him or offer to help. They are overpriced, rude, and provided no guidance or help loading rental equipment. They simply pointed & said its over there!

Rented a skid steer and the stump grinder attachment.. The equipment was in excellent shape , and preformed the same.. rented on Saturday.. allowed us to keep it til Monday.. I had to leave town Sunday evening.. so they arranged to pick the equipment up on Monday for a small fee.. Tucker was very friendly and professional.. he explained how to operate the equipment as did the young man that loaded the equipment.. Great experience.. Highly recommend and will definitely use again..

I spoke with them about renting a skid stir track bobcat and they refused to rent it to me because I own a tree company and other tree company's have not taking care of the equipment.
So they are basing my business on other on the past..
I had people talk about them but I will never rent anything for them or tell anyone to rent from them.
Thier customer service sux and I will also be reporting this to the bbb.
Just cause thier one bad apple you don't throw the whole basket away.
But that's ok thier lose of business and with thier customer service after this they don't never need to be in business.
They are over price and a joke to deal with.
