My wife and I have used Graves auto service now for several years. Our family drives several cars from old and paid for to new cars. The Graves team has kept us on the road from basic lights and electrical issues to major brake and motor issues. They communicate better than anyone else about where work is in the process and how much the costs will be. We have never had a surprise about what we are paying for. When they fix it, it is done right and we are not afraid to travel. I grew up with a mechanic for a father and I trust Graves completely. They are very organized and never leave us guessing about anything.

Being new to Cullman, I needed Breaks put on my Toyota Tacoma, I was referred to Graves by a long lifetime friend. I was NOT disappointed. The were extremely polite and professional.
Had me fixed up and rolling in no time.
I highly recommend Graves for all you automotive and truck needs. I will definitely use them again in the future.

We had a water pump go out on our way home to Kentucky from Florida. They were AMAZING!! We showed up a hour before they closed, shuttled us to the hotel, delivered the car to us after it was fixed, and had us on the road by 1 the next day! High quality work at a reasonably price and even better people!

We were referred to this location for warranty work on our Pathfinder. NEVER AGAIN! They accept the warranty but they charge twice the warranty hourly rate so you have a remaining balance based on their rate. The parts they use are not allowable under the warranty company so we had to pay for that too. Our salesman that initiated our warranty for us tried to call them to assist with ways the warranty would cover more of the work but they ignored them and did it their way only which left further for us to pay.
Then comes the office manager who lied to us, tried to tell me we said things we did not and said we did not return their calls when I had the record of it on our phone. So ultimately we paid big dollar and they had our car for over 6 weeks.
My daughter took her car there since we had ours there and she drive it home and literally straight from their shop, the car set on fire!
Please choose another location for needed repairs.

The prior at Graves auto service are absolutely wonderful. I had car troubles while traveling and they came recommended by 2 other mechanics in town. I had been told I needed an alternator and a starter. After taking it to Graves , it turned out all I needed was a fresh battery. They worked me in fast, ran all the test and did not try to sell me things I did not need. Definitely use them.
