I wanted to review Johnston RV. It's been a while since my purchase and that process was smooth and fine. The main reason for my review is for the service I have received from the Service department. Specifically Heather and Josh. They have went above and beyond for me. RVs will inevitably need service. The Warranty that I have has been great, but beyond that they make me feel valued. My wife and I just purchased our first travel trailer at Johnston RV. in Cullman. If you are thinking of buying I would highly recommend this to be your first stop, your search will be over. Ask for Marcus Clarke, he is great! Being our first trailer naturally we had a million questions, Marcus was patient, very knowledgeable and very honest. I can't say enough about the entire team at Johnston RV. The competition doesn't even come close.

Had a wonderful experience with Johnston RV Center. Our salesman was Jonathan Donaldson and he went above and beyond to help us with our selection. He followed up with us after our visit and was able to answer our questions. He quickly answered my texts when I had question…even on his day off. When the camper was delivered, it was missing a stabilizer. I sent Jonathan a text and the stabilizer was brought to us and installed early the next morning. Everyone at the parts place was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend you visit Johnstons when shopping for a RV.

Recently purchased 2025 Rockwood minilite. My search began looking for a specific model which I couldn’t find on any lots in the state. I sent an interest email to forest river and received an email back stating they had sent my interest to 2 different local dealers. Mason at Johnston was the only return I got back. After some discussion we ordered the model I had wanted. Forest River did a great job getting back under the time they said and Mason and the team at Johnston RV got it ready for me to take delivery. What a great, no pressure, experience. Corey was thorough and and answered every question we had. He was able to narrow down our actual needs and wants and put us in the RV that met both at a great competitive price.

To add the icing on the cake, when we picked up our RV William gave us a walk through and training working clockwise on the exterior and interior of our new camper to make sure we understood every single component and option. We couldn’t have asked for better.
