I ordered two pairs of boots online from Jacks and unfortunately the first pair had an issue with one of the vamps. The second pair just didn’t fit. All along the way from super fast shipping, being very responsive, and making the return process simple - Kristin from Jacks made the experience top notch!

I've been shopping around, looking for a couple of pairs of boots. The problem is, I wear an odd size, which is hard to find. So I stopped in at Jack's Western & Outdoor Wear in Good Hope. Let me tell you, they not only had my size, but the selection at Jack's Western & Outdoor Wear was truly amazing. I enjoyed the shopping experience, and getting to meet one of the family at Jack's was an added plus. Great experience all the way around, and will definitely be shopping there again. They have a new loyal customer and friend.

I’ve been shopping here for years and I have had nothing but a positive experience. Surprised by the negative reviews honestly. I am an experienced boot buyer. They carry the best and their prices are no more than anyone else for the best boots. They are also extremely knowledgeable about how to take care of your boots, and carry the various pastes and sprays to do just that. I have always found them extremely friendly. They also carry R.Watson boots which is a plus for me because it happens to fit me so well and they have many 13D and many don’t. Folks don’t hesitate to shop here! And I don’t know a sole person that works there just wanted to tell the truth.

My husband only wears the Twisted. X brand boots. They have a huge selection of not just this brand but a huge selection of just about every brand of boots you can think of. They are super friendly and very knowledgeable about everything in their store and are always willing to help. They make you feel like you are part of their family. That’s why we only shop there for his boots, jeans and FR rated clothing. If you want an incredible shopping experience this is the place for you.

They don't stand behind what they sale. The owner and his wife have a couldn't care less attitude. I want be back in the doors. I'll go to Werner's from now on. They also block you from there Facebook page if you leave a bad review. That's real professional.
You didn't say anything about blocking people that leave bad reviews on Facebook, that's real good business.
