Millican RV America is absolutely the best! Long post but you won’t regret reading this. My husband & I are new to RVing & had an issue with the trailer hitch & sway bars. 130 miles into our trip we searched for a dealership to assess our issue. We took a chance & called Millican. I spoke with Bruce who cleared it with the service department. They said bring it in; we’re waiting on you. Keith & Zach met us in the parking lot & took us back for the necessary repairs. We are so impressed with their work & helpful instructions on how to prevent this issue from recurring. As far as we’re concerned, this may well be our service destination!

Recently bought a travel trailer from Millican RV and the experience was fantastic! They are truly there to help you find the right travel trailer for your needs. We picked it up today and they went through the entire unit explaining all the features and how to operate everything. Then they made sure everything was correct as far as towing before we pulled out. If you are interested in travel trailer you should go take a look at their inventory. I highly recommend this business!

From when I first started browsing to when I hauled off the lot, the team at Millican RV America were excellent to do business with!

Being new to hauling a camper, I really appreciate how they went above and beyond to make sure I was SAFE and taken care of. They installed my electric brake controller in my Tahoe and set up my hitch for me. I'm really glad they did because it took out all of the guesswork and made it a one stop shop. My Riverside Retro 211 hauled beautifully and set up was easy since Millican's team took their time and showed me how to set up.
Also, I truly feel like I can call them with any questions that may arise in the future.

We had a great experience with Millican. From start to finish these folks were great. They were very thorough in explaining everything, were patient with all our questions, we had a small issue with a turn signal on the camper, and they knew we were taking a trip, so they made sure it was fixed before we left. I cannot say enough good about our experience. If (when) we decide to upgrade we will certainly use this family to help us again. I love that it is a family business. God led us to the right people and we were blessed by them.

Couldn't get them to negotiate the price on a new 2023 model (in 2024) but other than that, they've been professional and cordial throughout our communications.... I haven't purchased yet, but I've narrowed it down to two units and will be deciding very soon... They're very helpful and don't try to pressure you into making a purchase.

Started looking for campers April 2021. Visited Millican RV along with some others but came back to Millican RV because we thought our salesman was pretty good. Decided to buy a new Sierra C-Class from Millican. Drove two hours in a monsoon to pay down on it so my husband could look at it before we finalized the deal. We had already made reservations to camp Memorial Day weekend before our camper sold, so we told our salesman we would need it before that. Of course there was not going to be any problem with us getting it before that. Didn’t get the camper until a few days before we was supposed to camp. Every time we called to ask about when we could pick it up we was told we will get back with you. Got tired of that so we told him when we was coming & he said that would be fine. Got up there & of course they had not even hooked it up until that week. So we get up there and was told our refrigerator didn’t work. Well they had three weeks to figure that out & waited until the week of to plug it up. So our first camping trip was spent with no refrigerator & was planning to go to the beach two weeks after that because we already had reservations. We kept getting the run around about when it was going to get fixed & if Kay had not got involved to help us we would have went to the beach without it.
Forgot to mention that when we picked it up we expected it to be clean inside & out but instead it was dirty. Got a recall letter about the slide outs sometime in October. Took it to them & left it for three weeks. Picked it up & my husband had to get under the camper & fix the under body panels because the serviceman didn’t even fix them back like they were & he left the battery undone so it was down to 2 volts. Very dissatisfied & disappointed in the service & hope & pray we don’t have to take it back anymore.
