I’ve only been a resident here for about a month, but I absolutely love it! The staff, front the front office, to maintenance go above and beyond to make this place feel like home! I am truly grateful that I chose Anthem over the rest (as we know there are plenty to choose from here lol). They fix any issues right away and they are super proactive to make sure things are addressed before getting out of hand. To top it all off, they host the cutest events for our complex! This is truly a safe haven and a I love it!

This community is truly a gem! My family and I have found the perfect home here, thanks to the welcoming residents, dedicated staff, and vibrant sense of community. We especially love the monthly events that bring us together and create a strong sense of belonging. While I encountered a minor issue with the water heater, the maintenance staff did not stop until the problem was officially resolved. Jeannette and Rebecca's dedication and professionalism are commendable. I wholeheartedly recommend this community to anyone looking for a place where they can truly feel at home.

The dog parks, pools, and other amenities are fantastic. And only a few minutes from Midcity!

I can't say Tori is the only reason I went with Anthem, but she had a lot to do with it. She was very knowledgeable, answering all of my many questions. And so patient, as I had to make three visits before actually signing the lease!

If you're on the fence about where to live in Huntsville, make the move to Anthem!

This review covers my experience ALMOST renting from the anthem.

I currently live in GA and I was in AL for only one day. I visited many properties and the anthem stuck out like a sore thumb (in a good way.)
Thankfully I was paired with Mrs.Sissy, she was kind, transparent and generous.

She took me to see different floor plans and types she explained all costs from start to finish. I loved all of their amenities, how clean the property was and the relatively good reviews.

The property was beautiful and they even had SNACKS in the fridge— the GOOD kind. It felt like home. And I am so blessed to have had sissy to enjoy that experience with.

I did choose the Watts, mainly because their two months free was actually two WHOLE months free and it was still a luxury community.

But if a few things were different I would have definitely rented at the watts and honestly I still think of that community DAILY. it was love at first sight and still the first apartment community I absolutely fell in love with.

I just moved back and these apartments were among the first I explored. As soon as I saw them, I knew this was the place for me. The apartment is spacious, modern and incredibly quiet, with an abundance of amenities. The management is professional, friendly, attentive and organizes regular community events that create a welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend this place!

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! The old management was fantastic but new management is completely horrible mainly a supposedly corporate woman named REBBECA. Our apartment has flooded continuously with no fixes or efforts to be fixed this has caused health issues for all of us but mainly our 9month old son!!! My husband was the courtesy officer and when he said something to them about the flooding they told him since he feels like he can’t fulfill his “duties” as a courtesy officer they should probably look for a new one. This issue has nothing to do with his duties as a courtesy officer and I’ll be damned if we live like this just for a position. Would never recommend this place to even the homeless!!! (These are just some of the pics over the past few weeks). And yes we’ve told them numerous amount of times about this issue

Best place I’ve ever lived it . Best apartment in Huntsville most amenities you definitely will get your moneys worth I wish I could renew my lease I just recently bought a house the staff is amazing once again the amenities are amazing and makes you feel at home no matter where you at. All the neighbors are friendly. The location is great you’re around everything. I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone. The staff is amazing. Maintenance workers are there all the time. 10/10⭐️
