He was also very thorough with the demo and ensured that the boat worked flawlessly. Tim and the service team checked every hose and gasket when we smelled fuel during the demo. Last year, I purchased a 2021 Cobalt R5 Surf Boat from Singleton Marine - Jackson Gap, Alabama. The entire sales process was an excellent customer experience. Singleton Marine has a good inventory of new and used boats to sell. Once I decided to purchase the Cobalt, their staff especially Tim Crowley kicked in to make it an exceptional experience. Starting with the demo ride, all the way through a couple of software issues and performance issues on the boat that Tim and Singleton Marine made good on. Absolutely best purchase experience! We actually stopped at Singleton on our way to purchase a used pontoon boat. Mike greeted us when we arrived at Singleton Marine. My husband was looking for information on safety & motor speed. I wanted a specific layout and color. Mike was very patient and answered all of our questions. He listened to what we both wanted and showed us the perfect boat that was on the lot! He even answered our questions by text on his day off and made sure we had our boat to enjoy on the lake for Father’s Day! We will definitely do business again with Singleton.

Great service and experience with this dealership and especially our sales person Tim. We drove 2.25 hours to looks at a couple boats. We left same-day with our boat which not really planned, however with Tim's knowledge, hardwork with other team members we decided on a boat that fit us with good price. Tim also followed up to ensure our satisfaction and answer any questions. Everyone we came in contact at this location were very nice. Not expected was were we able to test drive our boat which is awesome.

Great company to deal with. We showed up late on a Thursday evening and promised we would be gone by closing. The sales rep Ryan P. was very welcoming and stayed late to show us a ton of their inventory. He did an amazing job explaining all the boats and all the details of each one. We decided on a Harris Tritoon the following day and went by the shop. Ryan and the whole team of sales staff went out of their way to make sure we got what we wanted!
