I paid 6500 for my new bike they didn’t budge on price I then traded my old bike it originally offered me 2,200 for it. I told them that was to low and I told them I’m not here to haggle then they offered me 2,500 and if it didn’t need maintenance they would offer more. They took my bike in the back and the sales manager came back saying it needs services and would be staying with the 2,500. It had a small scratch on the frame slider. So they said it needed services and were going to replace the frame slider. I went back a little of a week later the bike was sitting in the front same oil filter on it slightly cleaner chain and the same scratched frame slider same exact tires too. I don’t like that I was lied to about that, and it was kind of insulting. If you didn’t want to pay more that’s fine just be honest. I then found out they were asking 3,800 for my old bike so they kind of screwed me in the trade in. I give it a 3.5 star cause of the things listed above but Mike was a great guy and nice to work with and made it go smooth. The photos are before and after I traded it in.

Their shipping and set up prices were twice as high as they should be so we came up with a deal that make us both happy. I've shopped at Extreme and participated in bike nights and had a great experience. Today I went to purchase a helmet no one greeted or even attempted to help me. I tried to ask about a Bluetooth for the helmets and the person just pointed to where they were.... I left empty handed and I really needed a helmet and a Bluetooth... Guess I'll have to order one online. Not a good experience.

I was commuting to work on my bike and realized my back tire was toast - gave them a call, and they had me bring the bike in and got it swapped out within an hour and a half the same morning. Pressure was set to where I wanted it, and my chain slack was set to the correct tension (my particular bike has an atypical spec for it). Prices were fair, the staff was cool about everything, and they had me back on the road fast - I'll be coming back here for tires when I need the next set!

This was the first time I had ever bought a bike from a dealer. I had originally planned to go through a local dealer to me, Cycle City in Newnan. I had stopped by to see about getting a Kawasaki Z900 SE ordered. They told me they could have one in about a month. I had a preapproval sent to them to get the process started (that I now know they could have done themselves) that went unanswered. I tried calling, messaging. Nothing. They completely ghosted me. I looked at other dealers around me and found Extreme. They also had the exact bike I wanted there. I sent them a message and they got back to me within 20 minutes. We set up an appointment for the next day. I met with Michael and he got me in and out in under two hours. He was honest, professional and didn't pressure any upselling. They answered any questions I had. The numbers were all completely transparent as well. I will be getting my daughter a quad soon, and when I do, I will be going here to do it. I have no issues driving an extra 30 minutes to people who actually care about their customers. So Cycle City not only lost one sale, but for sure two, and probably a third as well when my wife gets her bike.
