Dilon is the man. This guy stayed in touch with bikes coming and going. Literally got a call from him at 9:30am to come look at a CBR 600rr and by 11am I left a proud owner of a CBR600rr. Plus a 3 year warranty. You just earned your dealer a lifetime customer.

I'm from NC and I was in Montgomery for a weekend trip when I came across this place. I stopped by just to look since I don't have a CanAm dealer anywhere close to me back home. The sales guy knew I wasn't going to buy from him and he still spent about 20 minutes going over the defender and answering any questions I had. If I lived anywhere close to this place it would definitely have my business based off the sales guy's knowledge and the way he conducted himself.

I took my motorcycle in to get a new tire. When they were tightening my axle nut they bent my rotor, Hunter could have just told me my rotor was bent and needed replacing which would have cost me money, but he was honest and Said they did it. So I got a brand new rotor at no cost. I really appreciate his honesty.

Can't say enough good things about the staff here, always helpful. I purchased a new Tourmaster jacket, but decided I'd rather stick with the same style Joe Rocket. Called Ed P. in parts and told him I wanted to exchange jackets. Ed said, no problem, he just wanted me to be happy with my purchase. Always a happy customer.

How low have the standards gotten that a Honda Dealer now refuses to work on Honda Motorcycles? Look at the optics of that question and ask yourself why ever be a repeat customer or expect true customer service after the sale if they can pick and choose which Honda Motorcycles they want or don’t want to work on. Is it any wonder why society chooses to buy online vs from a hometown business like this one that use to be the standard for customer service…
Obviously nothing stays the same! Whether looking to purchase a new unit, or parts or maybe needing service….buyer beware and be willing to shop elsewhere to be treated like you’re valued.
