Not good at all. Let me explain. I made reservation 7 days upfront. When I came to pick up my car, they said I need to wait. After and about hour they gave me a car. Car was worn as hell. 50k miles on it. Dirty inside as you can see on videos. Smells really bad. Didn’t expect that “quality” on HERTZ. Really disappointed. Not recommended that spot for your rental.

Reserved a car online and showed up with only a 2500 truck available then upsold me on the truck. There's only one person ever working here who has to gas up, clean and process the cars and take customers. This location is close to home but the airport is worth the drive.

Please pay attention to this store. Without informing customers in advance, they just asked you to sign again and again, added the clause of purchasing vehicle insurance without permission, and did not give customers a receipt after renting a car. I have no idea what they did. They automatically charged fees when returning the car. The person who handled the business and the manager were the same person. When negotiating with the manager, they did not admit what they did, and their attitude was very arrogant and ignored. They just emphasized that I had signed. They told me to go to the bank. Calling customer service also did nothing substantial. The bank has opened a case for investigation.

Just know hertz in general doesn't honor same day rentals. Otherwise they are usually easier than the airport.

Made a reservation and they werent even here to allow me to pick it up! Office was completely closed at my reservation time! Their sign even stated that they were supposed to be open.

Reserved a mid-size (Nissan Rogue or similar) SUV for a road trip for 4 people. When we arrived they only had small SUVs. We had to leave some of our luggage because not everything would fit. Because I pre-paid, they would not refund me the difference in price. Car was filthy. Not sure the last time it had been washed. Had garbage from previous renters. Really not happy. Tried to reach out to corporate and was told I would get a return call within 72 hours. No one called. Do not rent from this location at all! And save yourself the hassle, don’t rent from Hertz.

Such awesome staff. Car was CLEAN. No grit, grime or dog hair. Windows clean. The lady that assisted us had so much patience with another customer. I was extremely impressed with her customer service skills.
We had to wait a bit for our vehicle since we arrived early, so she suggested a few places to grab a quick bite to eat. Even THAT was on the money. What an awesome lady!!

Believe the 1-star ratings and save yourself the hassle. I decided to book a rental here instead of the airport since it was a better deal only to find out they had no cars to rent out. The staff did the best they can given the situation, but this speaks to logistics/supply issues with the Hertz website that need to be modified for this location if cars really are that sparce. Stick with the airport location if you want something more reliable and quick.
