The hands on owner Kamal and his team went above and beyond. I picked up my special order new Aluma motorcycle trailer from STS in October 2023. It was better than competitively priced. I arrived before they opened but they let me in and were very hospitable, professional, thoughtful and courteous. No charger to install the spare wheel holder and gave me an aluminum motorcycle wheel stabilizer. I too am a hands on owner of Sams Cycle Service Inc in Rancho Mirage Ca. I have been servicing motorcycles full time in the same location since 1976. This is the perfect all aluminum MC10 trailer for my business.
Great investment that will hold its value for decades!

I had an amazing experience buying a trailer today. I received the best service. The Owner and technician made sure I had a wireless break control installed and calibrated properly, a safe new hitch, all lights working properly and everything I needed so I would be safe hauling my horses. They made sure I tested the breaks before they let me drive off. Very very safe. Laurie from accounting took care of all of my paperwork and made sure my transaction went smooth. My husband had been looking to upgrade his trailer for a few months and he found the perfect one at the perfect spot.
The owner was very prepared to show us the inventory they had. We were looking for a specific trailer size and type and for some sign of the universe was right in front of us.
The lady at the reception was very nice and offered us water/coffee as we walked in.
The paperwork lady was very professional and made the process run very smooth.
The service guys were on top of their game getting trailer ready and hitching it to our truck.
We are very pleased with the overall experience, will definitely recommend to friends and family!
