Needed parts to fix a coolant leak. The parts shipped quick. When the parts arrived coolant had leaked out and it turned out I had ordered the wrong hose clamps. I sent them an email and they quickly shipped me out the correct clamps and a new jug of coolant. I had a great experience with this company.

ScooterWest In-House Vespa Cover: The parts service at ScooterWest is fantastic, but that's not what I'm writing about. My new ScooterWest Vespa Cover arrived today, and although it looked terrific on the website description with heat treated seam seals and an exhaust protector, the manufacturing quality and fit exceeded my expectations. The nylon used is strong yet light, and is incredibly water resistant yet breathable. The elastic and grommets at the bottom are top notch. I can't recommend this cover enough.

Besides all the parts I've ordered through them which are always excellent OEM quality, I have also called them for support. I've spoken to technicians who have helped me diagnose electrical issues over the phone. He took the time to look at wiring diagrams and talk me through different things to try to help diagnose the issue. They are an excellent company with the best people. Great place, great people. Took my older vespa in for a repair. They did a great job, gave it a thorough inspection, and all their suggested repairs or maintenance issues were on point. I didn't feel pressured at all to do anything. I felt comfortable letting them make the repairs they suggested.
Scooter runs great. If your looking to buy or service, they know their stuff. Worth the drive if you're not close.
