Had an absolutely amazing experience and highly recommend this location. Miguel Hernandez was my car salesman and he did an incredible job. He was very clear and listened to all my concerns and made sure I left with the perfect car for me. He spent extra time as well after I had purchased the car to explain all the amenities and buttons in my car to make sure I felt extra comfortable using all the car's devices. He also helped me bluetooth connect my phone and just was all around a great saleperson. He made sure all the numbers lined up, explained every bit of the contract and when to come in to service it and what the warranty entailed, and made my first car purchase at a dealership one that I will remember forever. All I have to say is if you’re looking for the best deals and walk away happy it will happen at Honda of El Cajon. Came in to trade for a full size SUV that we saw online and unfortunately was sold by the time we got there. (Given the good pricing) Rigoberto our sales rep did not try to push us in any direction other than what we came in for. He showed us the same year model in the color we wanted and it was an even better price! Most important, he treated my family with respect, acknowledge my son which meant a lot since other places disregarded and were sales oriented. He made sure we got taken care of from start to finish and walked out with exactly the deal we had in mind in the first place.
