My wife and I stopped by Redstone Harley on a Saturday to "window shop" for her a bike. She will be taking the riding course and she just wanted to look and sit on some bikes. I purchased my 2021 Road Glide from them a couple of years ago (new). She sat on one that felt just right and fell in love with a Softail Standard. That Tuesday I went and purchased her the bike without her knowledge. We returned the following Saturday looking at bikes again. She noticed the bike she really liked was gone and made the comment that it was not meant to be and she needed to take the course first anyways. Gary brought out the Softail she wanted and handed her the keys. made it truly an amazing and special experience for her. Gary and his staff are the best. They made is such an amazing and easy transaction that I returned the following weekend and traded in my 2021 Road Glide that is all Willie G'd out and purchased the 2024 Road Glide CVO ST. The owner made that deal along with Gary happen! Never been happier and highly recommend using Redstone HD and go to Jen for your accessories! She is very knowledgeable. TJ and Trey are awesome! Gary is the best!

Ordered some windshield trim for a Road Glide 3 about four months ago. Finally got a hold of someone and they said the part came in but they couldn’t find it.A new one was ordered. Every time I call to find out if the new one came in I get put on hold quickly or they say they will call back, but never do.How hard is it to look up a part. At least call back if you tell someone you will. I have a job too, but managed to do what I say I will do.
