Giving a 1 star all due to the previous owners .... The service department sucks.... absolutely sucks.... dropped off our machine to get it diagnosed and guess what they fixed it without the okay.
$600 later I was told well we had the machine took apart so we went ahead and fixed it being it was under $1000 job.
No call on the diagnosis or anything got a message saying the unit was ready to pick up and it was fixed. The owner was the worst person I have ever delt with. And I have bought plenty of new items and delt with plenty of people.

Easiest buying experience I've had at a dealership. We were allowed to try everything we wanted and there was no pressure. We were able to talk about pricing without high drama and sales tactics. They also didn't push financing. Mike was our salesman and he was great to work with.

If you read the reviews, you will see that customer service is great only if you are purchasing a powersport vehicle. BUT if you are looking for service for repairs, PLEASE keep looking because they will rip you off in a heartbeat and not think twice about it. Dropped bike of there on Wednesday the 18th. of Sept. one week later, I still have not heard from them. When I called, they said they had ordered the fuel pump!!!!!! My bike was not there to get a fuel pump, nor was that the problem we were having, so since waiting on "fuel pump," they have not even looked at my bike yet. Week two still no call from them, again we called them and was told that they only have one mechanic and that our bike was next to be looked at. Week three still no call we called them on Tuesday Oct. 7th and was told that they found the problem and it was a wire from the lighted liscense plate that was causing the problem and that they have already put over 30 to 40 hours of labor into looking for it. So first of all, it is 30 or 40 hours and still has approximately 5 to 8 hours to put the bike back together. I would expect that any good service department would have called the customer at about 10 hours or so of labor to give an update but nothing from them. We have a 2018 that we purchased in April. Honda Goldwing Trike, and the problem was that every time we would try and start it, it would blow the 10amp fuse and would not start. The problem was the wire on the liscense plate holder with light was pintched, our fault to due putting on new plate and with riding we assume the vibration adventally made this happen. There is NO COMMUNICATION with their customers or among the staff cause each person you talk to tell you something different. DO NOT DO SERVICE WITH THESE PEOPLE. They changed us 1,200.00 dollars for a wire and 30 to 48 hours of labor they were not really sure. Oh yeah, by the way, we changed your air filters to since we had the bike apart, did not ask customer, just did it. LIKE I SAID KEEP LOOKING. WILLBE CALLING THE BBB.
