Bought this at Florida Tampa RV show. It is okay, service is non existent. I have called and E mailed about 10 times to get a part. No return calls and when I di get someone they tell me they will get back and never do.

We love this thing and have over 30 miles on our new one, this is my 3rd purchase from Mr. Williams.
We do not have issues and this thing is a must for me and my wife to get around.

NOTE:
We did see the review below and happened to be at car show when this scooter was brought in..
The lady actually purchased this used from a man up the street and it looked like it had been out in weather for some time, why she felt the need to write a fasle review is something that is beyond me But... whatever makes them happy.

We love ours and will be back for our next purchase.

We have bought 2 Bama scooters in past 5 years and am wanting to buy a 3 rd one now. We use the scooter daily and love it. Missed seeing you at the Charlotte auto fair in September. We do need a reliable attachment for back of our RV to take it with us

I purchased a Groundhog 450XL from Bama Scooters. We love it. My wife and I both can ride. I’ve had 2 back surgeries and this has been a life changer. Very professional and great company to deal with. I would definitely recommend them.

Purchased scooter driving from Louisiana to Kentucky they loaded on back of our van and scooter didn't work when we tried to use it in Louisville . The owner to call back 30 min. Never heard back we worked on scooter but had to rent others owners are impossible to deal with very rude nothing is their fault everything our fault purchased for daughter and baby to ride very scared of this scooter don't make mistake of purchasing this scooter and really Dont don't deal with these rude and disrespectful owners. We have been scammed!!!!!!!

This is the worst experience I have had with a dealer. We bought a groundhog from this guy at a show in Florida. He swindled us from buying a different brand...smooth talker! We now regret our decision. We have had several problems with our groundhog and he will not service or stand behind his product. He will now not answer any phone calls or emails. Basically, we have no support for the product he sold us. Very frustrated and extremely disappointed with this company.

Took cart to Baba Scooter for an engine overhaul. Paid $750 for said work and within two months the cart would not go to the mailbox and back. Mechanic got so mad about me wanting the thing to run right that he refused to work on it again. Had to take the cart to another shop. Owner refused to split cost of need repairs.
