Visited Mountain Creek on Saturday for the first time. I walked in the door and was greeted immediately. Everyone there was helpful but not pressuring. The ladies in motor clothes were very sweet and courteous. The pretty lady that was running the register was very helpful. I will be sure to return to this location.

Thank you ladies and to the management that has picked this great group of ladies. I bought my bike from a local dealership and aside from a couple of the salesman I am not happy with the after sale treatment.

Thanks to you all again for making me feel welcome.

Very nice clean store. The staff were very nice and helpful. A beautiful array of bikes and a s-ton of apparel. I spoke to a Tonya Ellenwood and she was amazing, never once made me feel pressured, very easy to talk to and she is super knowledgeable about anything Harley related. I feel the next time we speak I'll be riding a different bike home.

This 1 of 16 HD dealers we visited on our way to Florida for 3 weeks. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. I like to get the T-shirts with the name on it, collect poker chip and stickers if available. To add to the collection we take a picture with our travel trailer with the building.

I got a few souvenirs to share with my riding friends back in Toronto.

I visit this Harley Shop twice a yr. I was there on Labor Day Weekend and was shopping for a new helmet. My XL helmet had become too loose and unsafe to wear. I wanted either the modular helmet with the blue tooth or the new 3 quarter helmet. With tax the modular one is almost 400 dollars. The other is 300.

A blonde sales lady with a short haircut came over to assist when she saw me trying on helmets. Before measuring me she said I was going to be an XL. I told her that i was a large. She measured and I was 1 cm away from being a medium making me a large. At this point she could've have said she was wrong and proceeded with the sale. She did not and stood on her guess. I explained to her at least 5 times that an XL did not fit my head properly and I needed a L. She disagreed with me all 5 times and insisted that I was an XL.

I tried on the 3 quarter helmet and some modular XL helmets to show her that they did not work. My husband then tried to explain to her that i needed a large. She still did not believe me or him. She was very condescending and made it sound like I just didn't know about helmets. She made a statement to my husband saying "she'll just have to see when she starts wearing it". She wouldnt even bring out a large for me to try. She insisted that my cheeks were too big for a large helmet. She loudly kept explaining that a large wasnt my size. Other sales ladies heard this and didnt step in or try to help.

At that point I gave up. After arguing my size with this lady and her having an attitude when i wanted to try a large and again when she was informed that I wasn't buying anything. I drove 30 mins to the Chattanooga Harley Davidson and bought the helmet that fit my head in the size that worked for me, which is a large. I had great customer service there.

I have never been treated like that in any store, much less a Harley Davidson store. It was very embarrassing and disappointing. Spending almost 400 dollars to make the sales lady happy and leaving with a wobbly helmet would have been insane. Unfortunately, this was my last time visiting this location.
