This company is seriously an absolute joke. Their merchandise is Chinese junk and their communication is terrible. I ordered a helmet and monitored order status all week with zero progress. I called, emailed and called again leaving a detailed voicemail. Finally got a return phone call from Todd explaining the helmets in stock had been stored in high temperatures, the finish had become "sticky", and that more would be ordered from China. I asked about the graphics on the helmet that are apparently applied "water decals". I was also informed the matte black finish would scratch 5 minutes after opening the packaging. After giving all of this some thought I attempted to reach out requesting a cancelation and refund. Zero response. Zero shipping info. I filed a claim with my banking institution and got my money back. Guys, do yourselves a favor and keep shopping. I'm doing this review for you!

Not sure what is wrong with these people, I ordered a helmet on Aug 14th, I received notice it shipped Aug 21 with tracking #. Everytime I attempted to track it came back as NO DATA. On the 26th I checked and shipping changed to shiping infomation received.. So I wrote an email asking why would they tell me the helmet has shipped and 5 days later they still have only apparenly just printed the label? Within 2 minutes I received an email that they have canceled my order. I never received a response from any of my corespondence. No reason for the delay in shipment, no reason for canceling my order. This was a $135 helmet. They charged my credit card and kept my money from the 4th to the 26th, 22 days they kept my money, nothing in return. I would not recommend anyone doing busness with this company!

Updated : 8/31/2020 Why is it that every email stating the you accepted my order and the shipping status all arrived to my inbox, and the one email you state telling me that this is cusom made did not? What does that have to do with sending out an email stating the item had shipped when it hasn’t? So are you still canceling my order ? Bascially you are stating you do not want my business?

There was a mistake made as I got the wrong shirt sent to me. I called, and instantly they corrected it. I got to keep a very cool shirt that I didn't order, and they are sending me my correct shirt. They were VERY accommodating and apologetic for the error. Stuff happens, but it is how you deal with it that counts. And Iron Horse Helmets dealt with this simple mistake with professionalism and urgency. I can't wait to get my next shirt in the mail.

My name is Denise and my son showed me this helmet cover a few months ago and I decided to order it for xmas but they were sold out. I emailed them and they responded very quick and were extremely nice in trying to help me. I ended up finally getting one and it was delivered fast. I could not be happier with this purchase. It is well made and more then I could have hoped for. THANK YOU IRON HORSE HELMETS!

I am very impressed. I ordered a shirt for my fiancee and when it came it was wrong. When I contacted the company they just asked for me to take a picture and send it to them. This morning I got a call from them and the apologized and said they would send the correct one right away, and to give the mistake to charity or keep it.

Ordered pigtails for my wife. Sent us a plastic bow. I called about it and they then sent out a pkg with pigtails. This time the pigtails design doesn't match two different designs. Also one is about 3 inches shorter than the other. I sent an e-mail but had to call in order to get a response. After waiting on hold the man says he'll send out a return label and to ship them back for a refund. So if you have read this far this process took over two weeks and still nogo. The excuse the man gave "Those morons must of pulled the wrong ones and didn't even look"

Hold on you have morons working for you and your surprised they messed it up twice. I invite everyone to call their number during hours and after ours. The ridiculous message from Ronald regan seriously is not funny. Neither is the waffle house joke voicemail when your closed.

As a side note I ordered three helmets from two different conpanies (not Iron Horse). One set for me and the wife and a helmet for my boys off road. Mind you it was two different companies but both delivered faster and 100% as ordered. They both even followed up with emails to be sure the items arrived correctly.

I will never use this company in the future. To be fair I will not list the names of the other companies but they both did join forces a few years ago hint hint.

I ordered shirts from this company on the 21st of November 2015, It is now the 22nd of January 2016, They have not been delivered. I disputed the purchase through paypal as it shouldn't take 2 months mail something from the USA to Canada, at most maybe a week. I got my money reimbursed, Would not buy from again. Funny how they respond stating I made a second order which I didn't. The shirts were never delivered or even shipped. Wouldn't waste my money trying to order from them ever again. Poor customer service, never received an email response and transaction was through PayPal with no dispute from the company as the product I purchased was never created or delivered. Look them up with the better business bureau to see the complaints about iron horse helmets.

I was taking a class (May in the South=hot weather), and needed an open face helmet so I wouldn't melt. I ordered and received it in just a couple of days and was very pleased with both the quality of the helmet and the speed my order arrived. To clarify I did get a DOT helmet - my head is way too precious for a novelty helmet, but I can see why they appeal to some people. Iron Horse has a great selection of helmets at a great range of prices.
