They were paid by my insurance company $7200.00+ to repair my bike in July of 2019, I stayed in contact for the next 5 years, trying to show mercy and grace. I go look at my bike in August 2024, after my insurance company finally did a double pay out, due to constant contact I had with them. The bike was in the same shape as the pictures from 3 years ago. It only needed to be painted and new bars possibly. It was going to take more to repair it now, engine seals, tires, primary/drive belts, so he agreed to buy for $3500.00. I guess sanding and disassembly cost $3700.00. I would not recommend this business.

I recommend you to find somebody else!!! Because he will keep your bike for 2 or 3 YEARS. He also asks for money up front and uses to fix everybody else's and not yours. I dropped by several times and Jeremy is working on people's bike, that'd just stopped by, while letting yours just sit there collecting dust. He's terrible in communication and pleasing customers. I got told by several bikers not long after dropping off there. But I said it was too late because my Insurance paid out to him already. He then asks for more and more money from Insurance and then more from my own pocket. He let's it sit in winter then asking for me to buy a new battery. I told him the battery was working and driving when I brought it there. Then replacing more than was even damaged with cheap parts. We found online ourselves identical parts to his and what was originally on there to begin with. I had to keep on calling him to push him in on giving me my bike back. He just threatening me with restraining order. He's a terrible business person. A ripoff and a waste of your valuable time!!!! I will never take my bike back to him. I just had to learn the hard way and sitting waiting forever!!!!

Jeremy knocked it out of the park with the paint work that he did on my Road Glide. He kept me updated through out the whole process. He went above and beyond what any custom bike builder will ever do. Words cannot describe how happy I am with the work he did. His quality of work and customer service is AMAZING! 5 stars all the way!
