Never again will I ever rent from this company I didn't even have the car for an hour and I got a flat, the tire was so bald and dry rotted, I had to wait an hour in the middle of nowhere for someone to come put the spare on. Then decided to look at the other tires, well they are ALL bald. I've called several times kept being put on hold and hung up on for them to tell me I'm responsible for the tire!! I
could have seriously been hurt I had just gotten off the highway when it blew. So now sitting at the tire shop where I'm buying THEM a new tire which cost over $100! This company should be ashamed!

Don't give into the cheaper price for rent here. Staff was friendly but that's were it all ends. We worked with the staff quickly to finalize our booking and went to look at the vehicle for any damages ahead of time. They noted dents already on the vehicle. Then when opening the SUV you could smell smoke and that wasn't cleaned. Manager had them clean the vehicle and said it wouldn't take long. Traveling with a baby isn't easy already but got it back to us after almost an hour. No actual cleaning happened other than removing loose change from the door and perfumed the smoke smell out of it, which only worked for a couple hours. Don't forget the half tank of gas that it came with.

Zero stars if the app would allow me. Customer service is horrible. The car provided smelled of smoke and the check engine light came on. Had to come all the way back from vacation to return the car. Then they say no refunds. The customer service line kept hanging up on me when I requested to speak with a supervisor for at least a partial refund. Continued to call back and then they finally offered to submit a refund request to the manager. DON’T RENT FROM THEM. When picking up the vehicle they were having personal side conversations and not tending to the long line of customers right in front of them at the counter. HORRIBLE SERVICE. And the vehicle started to shake.

After being dissatisfied with our rental from a different company, we found a full size sedan for a great rate with Easirent! Brittany & Kay were very helpful getting us checked in! Booked through Hopper app, knew I was getting a budget vehicle. Check-in was pleasant enough. $250 returnable deposit with return flight. $500 if you don’t have a return flight ‍♀️. Jerrie was nice.
