Arrived at the dealer and was greeted by multiple people, came in for service for some warranty work. I confirmed with Kyra a few days before that the parts have arrived and scheduled a day to come in with Josh. Check in was smooth and they took the bike in quick. Grabbed lunch from the food truck and relaxed in the beautiful showroom. I spoke to Chris and Ashley while I killed time and they made me feel at home. Thanks to the service technician and the rest of the service staff for replacing the part and taking care of my concerns. The bike feels even better now that I got to ride it some more with the beautiful weather we got!

I've used Cycles of Jax for service for my bike and scooter quite a few times over the years and their customer service is excellent. Their service prices are fair and they're always honest with what needs to be done. Everything I've gotten done has been quality work with no issues.
I had my bike towed there yesterday for diagnostics since it wouldn't start and Josh was extremely helpful throughout the process. He gave me a breakdown of costs and alternatives for the things that were just outside my budget (the prices were fair, I'm just poor). Thank you Josh, I'll definitely continue coming back for all my future work!

Eric hooked me up right when I walked in and provided me very useful and informative knowledge of all the different features, services and options they offer while also maintaining a very affordable budget. Ended up buying 2 brand new bikes for me and my Girlfriend with James going ABOVE and BEYOND with helping us stay within our budget but also getting the best bang for your buck. He was also very willing to help and work with us on the timing and down payments!

I was greeted by Eric when I brought my bike in for service. He started a discussion with me about a bike I was looking at. He took the time to tell me all about the bike and just said to let him know if I had any additional questions. I was in a different part of the showroom when I saw another bike that I was interested in. Chris then approached me and explained all about that bike. I explained to him the shortcomings of my current bike. Once I expressed interest in a purchase, Chris worked with me to complete the sale with a trade-in. The deal was fair and I was very pleased. On delivery, Chris and Eric worked seamlessly together to make my experience exceptional. James completed the paperwork and provided the warranty options and again we were able to get the right coverage at a reasonable price. The CBR650R is the perfect bike for me and I only arrived there because of the conversations with Eric and Chris.
