This is a wonderful business!! It is a true motorcycle shop, like the dealerships I grew up with. It is family owned and staffed by real motorcycle enthusiasts!! Jimmy, Chris and Denise were all wonderful, and made me immediately feel at home. They even have a shop cat!
Oh, and they have a great selection of inventory, and Jimmy worked a very good deal for me on my new 2024 ZX14R 40th Anniversary Edition.(A wonderful machine).
I cannot recommend this store any higher! Go see them - you won’t regret it!!

Contacted them about getting a rear tire for my ninja. They not only had the same tire that was on my bike in stock, but they mounted it same day. Excellent customer service with decent prices. I will buy all my tires from them going forward, and whenever I'm in need of another bike, they will be my first choice.

This was the best consumer experience I've had purchasing a new bike. After purchasing a new Suzuki M109R, I had a part malfunction a few rides in.
Kawasaki of Rome drove over an hour to my home, picked up my bike, and expedited the repair.
The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Jimmy & his team value their customers, and it shows.
I highly recommend to anyone in the 2 or 4 wheel market.

If you want a new motorcycle and you want a 5 star dealer who knows their stuff, the this is the place. I have now purchased 3 new motorcycles in all from this place. Jimmy Lemaster and his staff are awesome, friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. They dont just want to sell you a motorcycle, they want to sell you the right motorcycle. They already sell, in my opinion, the best motorcycle made, Kawasaki, and they make the experience very pleasant. He has a great knowledgeable staff. They take time with you and are never pushy. Stands to reason why they have been in business all these years. Thanks to Kawasaki of Rome for putting me on the new bike of my choice, 2024 Kawasaki Ninja 650 KRT and making it a very memorable experience....again.

If I could give zero stars I would. We brought in our Kawasaki prairie for new rear tires and basic maintenance. Tires were overpriced, but we followed through. We got it back 2 weeks and $1,100 later. The very day we brought home the steering started going out, engine sounding rackety. Then the four wheel drive completely went out…. THE DAY WE BROUGHT IT HOME. We brought back and they told us it would be a major repair. OUR FOURWHEELER WAS ABSOLUTELY FINE BEFORE WE BROUGHT IT HERE. This place is overpriced, corrupt, and I am convinced they messed up our stuff on purpose to get more money out of us. Do not trust these people. They are underhanded, overpriced, dirty, and will try to get more money from you than what your repairs are worth.

Talked to Jimmy on the phone about some king quads, he had a couple 500's in stocks, rode by after work just to look, decided to buy one, financed with a down payment, was out of there in an hour and a half, quick and to the point, I'll be back in a few months for a 750
