Went to buy a 36ft open carhauler .
Let us drive 5 hours one way. To find out the front axle was bent . We Could see when pull in the parking lot. You knew the axle was bent . Couldn’t see from any pics . Didn’t say about it online or said anything about it. I ask many times was anything wrong with trailer . That it Was a long way to drive for me . I facebook message & text message you. Y’all are CROOKS!

We purchased a 22ft double axel tritoon trailer with electric brakes. It took roughly 2 1/2 weeks to be manufactured and ready for delivery. We had high expectations and it was much much better when we saw it in person. It is so well made with high quality material. You can still smell the paint. We worked with Greg and he was awesome. He is friendly, knowledgeable and did everything he said he'd do. He coordinated delivery with us and was on time and reliable. If you are in the market for a trailer, we highly highly recommend going to Sonbuilt. You won't be let down.

Trailer was new in the spring. Has multiple broken Welds and cracks in the structure. Trailer is even bent . Fender was messed up and not centered from the start. Would not even consider ever buying a trailer from here again. I have tried to call as well as send Email with pictures and have not gotten a response. Pretty sad when a trailer cannot even last 5 months
