I needed a replacement transom core from the Lund factory for my 18 year old boat. Boatecha is the only authorized Lund dealer in the area. Brianna was the rep that helped me. She went above and beyond working with the factory to make sure they cut the part with the correct dimensions the first time. I am very happy with my experience! As a side note- if you want a boat that will last you for years, check out their new Lunds!

Talked to Mike about 2 months before going in to make my purchase. He was willing to spend the time to answer all of my questions. There was no pressure and relentless calls and texts. Which I really appreciated. When I did go in to purchase my boat the service was awesome. From the buying process to the shop mounting all of my equipment. They did a great job. Couldn’t ask for a better group of men and women.

Oh my goodness! Dayton and Bri literally saved us!! We have tried 4 different servicing companies in the last 4 weeks and they have not been able to find the problem. After talking to Dayton about this I knew he was the humble guy that would do everything he could to get this boat running properly. Within an hour he had it running. He still wasn’t satisfied, he continued to find problems (not to make extra money) even with the shop being closed to help us have the best experience we could. He worked overtime to help us out!!!

Bri and Dayton, you both were answers to prayers. I can’t thank you enough!
