Poor communication with the gentleman on the phone. I had put in several requests for information on trucks and SUVs they had. I al filled out several financial applications with no response from Moody Motors. The last gentleman I spoke with stated in a very harsh manner if I did NOT have over 25% of the vehicles price ready to place down on a vehicle to not call them again. 0/10 recommendation. It took 2 1/2 weeks to get a hold of someone as well.

Incompetence: That's the best way to describe this dealer. I have made 2 visits in the past week and was never able to see the vehicle I called about. The second time I visited I received a call from them telling me the vehicle was "not ready to be sold" and "not to bother showing up"while I was sitting in their parking lot! Avoid at all costs!!!

When someone asks I'd you would finance with zero down A REAL BUSINESSMAN would say "no sir I really can not do zero down but if you could bring me say 1500 down I could do that" but not the owner he immediately starred verbally attacking me and I have cash to put down but he never gave me a number he just blew up on me and so I won't ever do business with these people they have a poor rating but tbh they should never get anyone's business #ATC333 I was a service manager and his response shows he has no idea how to make money shut him down

i swear they talk to you like they DON'T WANT TO SELL anything....like might as well just tell me "don't buy here"!!! just notice the car lot they have looks like a junk yard for a reason! The owner should be embarrassed to run this place and get new employees!!!!!!!

They tried to sell me an SUV which was on their lot for 9yrs. It had numerous safety issues which they tried to cover up. I took it to Express Oil in Leeds for a diagnostic test and was advised of the issues an said it is unsafe to drive. They recommended not to buy it. Moody Motors was unconcerned and not nice about it when I told them. I was so disappointed. It is a blue 2001 GMC Jimmy.

My wife and mechanic went to look at a 350z at this place, I was on break talking to them seems they were looking for a car for me as mine had been totaled. 1st red flag the parking lot was packed during a time when even dealers can't get new vehicles fast enough. 2nd red flag they asked for the car fax on the 350 the lady literally looked in a filing cabinet for around 5 minutes before being "unable to find it" 3rd red flag they wanted 9k for a 350z that was leaking every fluid known to man miss firing on multiple cylinders, smelled like mold and God knows what else. I'm not sure if I'd even buy a bicycle from here.

Just made a 100 mile round trip to go see this place because the vehicles look decent online. Got there and it is so cluttered with vehicles we had to block the entrance just to have a place to park. The vehicles look like they were picked up at auction and parked without even being cleaned up. They were nasty, bald tires, even bumper stickers and decals from previous owners weren’t even taken off. The back looks like a junk yard. It looks like the yard of a hoarder. If we would have been interested in driving something it would take an hour just to even get the car out because there were so many cars packed in so tight it was crazy. Waste of time and gas
