Awesome shop to deal with. Service is excellent and on time. About a month ago I took one of the neighborhood kids bikes up there to have the chain replaced. I was pushed for time and they got me in and out within about 20 minutes. They not only fixed the chain they gave it a once over and put the wheels back in True. It was just a Walmart bike but they treated it like they would a full carbon. Based on the experience I just went back and bought 2 mountain bikes for my kids for Christmas. Great bunch of guys!!!!

I am new to the biking world and like most people you feel a little out of place. The good people at bike link were more than helpful getting me started in this wonderful world of mtb.
I brought my entree level bike in for a few upgrades and was well pleased with the service and work. I really appreciate the thorough itemized receipt showing were every dollar went, and even give me the boxes and packages showing the price. Can't beat that my friends. Great store!
