Jacob and his team was so accommodating! All of my furniture was in a UHAUL for 7 day - After a referral I called and the magic begin - Although its hard to find Great Customer service - Jacob is amazing… He communicates well, he provides great feed back!!! Rented a storage unit with them for 6 months and the whole time they were very helpful and sweet. Today as I loaded up my stuff the gentleman working Jacob let me borrow a douley and even gave me and my kiddo some cold water bottles to cool off. Highly recommend them wish I could give more then 5 stars.

Jacob has been terrific ! I went through an illness and missed a payment . He was able to work with me on getting caught up timely ! He made sure my belongings were secure and not lost . If you communicate with them they can assist you ! Thanks Metro ! I’ve used you for years and will continue!
