I dropped my truck off to have some recall work done on 09/03/2024. I informed the service worker that I would be back on 09/09/2024 to pick up my vehicle. I was then informed that it would be ready to be picked up at that time. I was told that the labor for the camera recall was only 3 hours to complete. Prior to this I dropped my truck off for a day to have an inspection done to have parts ordered. When I arrived back at Ford to pick up my truck on the 9th, I was informed that the truck has not been touched. I own and run a small business that requires having my trucks. The reason I am leaving 2 stars instead of 1 is due to both men at the service department being kind and understanding of my frustration. I would not recommend having any recall work done at this establishment. I have bought very expensive trucks at Ford in Clanton, safe to say I will not be returning with my business.

These folks were great! We were passing through with our camper and dogs when we began having truck issues. We called Baugh Ford Service and Shon and David said “come on by!”. They diagnosed our problem and Eric had us fixed and back on the road in 30 minutes. They allowed our fur babies in the lobby to wait and Rodney even brought them water and a bowl. Thanks so much and awesome service department!

They are the most expensive Ford dealer I've ever seen. They don't sell many cars. That place is always like a ghost town. And the sales representatives are never dressed professionally. They wear jeans and tennis shoes never clean shaved. Idk maybe it is just me but Everytime I've ever walked in a Ford, Lexus, Honda, Nissan, Chevy BMW, or whatever the sales representatives were always wearing dress pants and a dress shirt. But that was Florida and parts of Georgia. Other than that they have a small selection of vehicles. They very rarely have new or used mustang 5.0 versions. I saw two last month and I believe they were both still there yesterday when I went to my Dr appointment which is in the same building. They are all nice though. But if you want the best savings go to Florida. The trucks are cheaper because people do not drive trucks as much as in the country. If your looking to look over a dozen or more mustangs with the V8 I'd go-to Birmingham., Alabama. Anyways the choice is yours. Side note, I tried to trade my 1997 Mustang Cobra svt with the stock turbo. Book value at the time was like 11k they tried to offer me 3800 then said they could do 5. Same thing with my 2003 Ford f150 Lariat Super Crew , fully loaded. It was only worth about 7500 they said 2300. Took it to another dealer and got 7000 towards a BMW x3

The service department is ridiculous! They have given us the run around for two weeks about my vehicle. It was supposed to be done this week only to find out they have not even started working on my vehicle! They do not answer the phone when you call!
