I went to Auburn Tire today to have my tires and fluids checked. Scott, Ashley and Shawn were the staff that served me, and I was thrilled to see that I received the same excellent service from them that I have had with Auburn Tire since I moved to Auburn 10 years ago. Scott made my day when he helped me with the batteries in both my fobs. Maybe a small thing to some, but huge for me in the peace it provides in knowing that they are now working right. Ashley has a welcoming personality that all customers appreciate. Shawn brought my keys to me after doing the car checks and was very helpful in answering my questions. Thanks to you all for continuing the great service for which Auburn Tire is known!

They are very kind and respectful and do not overcharge you for things that other places normally would charge you for. They also do their work in a timely manner and do not waste your time. If you need anything done with your car I would 100% recommend Auburn Tire.

Very slow and poor service. Counter workers did not notify me when tire patch was completed even though I was sitting side waiting for 90 minutes. I finally noticed service was completed then they said it’s ready. They obviously did not wanted my business instead only chatting at work with each other. I went here because it was close from home but now I rather drive few more minutes and go somewhere they provide better and faster service with reasonable price. This place over charges you for service and charge 3% for using credit card so be careful. Check other shops around and this place being your last resort. Several people said don’t go here and I should have listened. I won’t be back

Had exceptional service but I ordered a specific tire for my muscle car. I noticed the very next morning that the wrong 4 tires were put on and immediately called to inform them so they could look into it. The price difference was about $50 per tire. Per the receipt, I was quoted and charged the price of the tire that I wanted. After waiting a few days I called again to see if they could remedy the situation. I was told they forgot and would look into it. Never heard anything again. I hate leaving a bad review on a hometown business but ~$200 is a lot of money to me & I would expect the shop to want to fix this issue.

We were in and out in just a couple of hours with 4 new tires. The staff was very communicative and helpful, and prices were good too. I'm very happy with our experience. We will definitely be returning customers!

Stopped in with a screw in my tire. They plugged it for free and didn’t charge me anything. Whenever I need tires or tire service they will definitely be my go to.

Counting the days until this man closes shops and retires
Got charged $90 for a $40 oil change Man made me walk across the street to go get my own oil because he didn’t have the right oil didn’t even prorate me. Do not recommend them and then I had to pay to dispose of the oil, which is understandable if you’re doing an oil change, but he charged me for two oil changes and look me in the face and said is not my responsibility to carry your oil.
Got there at 4 o’clock on a Thursday I asked the man do y’all have enough time to give me an oil change and check my transfer case he kept looking up at the clock like he has somewhere to go you run a business every customer should be treated equally as if they were just opening at 7:30 in the morning
