BEWARE! Here are the facts: I paid STO in Daleville $857.04 on 4/13/22 to install new Spyder LED headlights on my 2015 Tundra. I went with what they recommended. In September 2023 they both started turning yellow and cracking. (See Pics.) I stopped by STO on Oct. 13, 2023 to politely ask if the headlights had a manufacturer’s warranty of any kind. It was clear from Carol’s demeanor that I was an inconvenience and she didn’t feel like doing any work. She said she needed the receipt so I emailed it to her three times over the next several weeks, and I had to call her four times asking if she had found out anything and it was like starting all over every time I called. I am amazed at the fact that she has never once called me back after telling me four times she would. I have all emails and phone calls documented. I have never witnessed such pathetic customer service since the days before social media. That’s a lot of money to pay out for headlights STO recommended that lasted only a year and a half. Since I no longer want to bother anyone at STO, I’ll give a go at emailing Spyder directly and let them know about the issues. My brief interactions with the installers were positive.

Brian and the ladies were outstanding! I was looking for a specific part for my aux fuel tank and they happened to have one on the shelf. Brian made sure it was a proper fit and had me out of there in less than 20 mins. Thank you guys for your excellent customer service!

It is 4 weeks to the minute that I left the Enterprise facility. They had problems installing a tonneau cover. They informed me of the situation, after I had been there for 2hrs 10min. Oh well, things happen, I'm a reasonably person. They told me they had been trying to contact the supplier to find out why. They said they would call me and let me know the resolution either a solution from the manufacturer or if I would have to purchase a different brand. As I say that was 4 weeks ago and I have not received any calls. I will never go there again.

Knowledgeable and professional staff. Although they could use more displays on their showroom floor, they can order almost anything very quickly. They ordered a bed cover and it was there the next morning available for installation. Their prices are a little high. If you found something online, it's likely cheaper to order it and come to them for installation. However, they were able to offer a competitive price for my bed cover. I had two accessories installed, and they were able to install the items the same day I bought them. The installation was quick and professionally completed. I highly recommend these folks for consultation and purchase/installation.

The products are very nice, high quality and very good installation on a Gooseneck Hitch. But some of the people up front were not very friendly. And the computer behind the desk kept making this annoying baby sound.

I was in the area to purchase a robust horse trailer and had an issue with the brake controller in my pickup that I needed resolved in order to travel back home. STO folks were able to help me get back on the road quickly. Their price was fair, they were knowledgeable and respectful of my time..

Had them install a trailer hitch and wiring harness on my car. They disabled safety features during the process that they couldn’t seem to fix. I took it to Toyota and they couldn’t figure out what STO had done. I took it back to STO and asked them to remove it. They instead went in and tried to fix it, come to find out it wasn’t properly connected. So for a 1.5 hour job I spent the better half of 8 hours trying to rectify the issue they caused. 100% recommend the dollar general for auto work over this place.
