The complex has been doing a lot of renovations. Park is starting to look better. Their are not a lot of people there. They are though splitting the utilities between everyone especially the water Bill. If you use 35 dollars worth, then why would you be paying 80 something for it. Not very good. I would move back but I am or should be saying. I will be getting my own home. Buying a place back in Florida

I have told these people over and over the issues with my home NO ONE SEEMS TO THINK ITS A ISSUE THAT I DONT HAVE A PROPER WORKING REFRIGERATOR OR A WORKING A/C unit . Also my porch has caved in as well and they did patch work to fix it . As well as sparks from electric problems . I have a child that is living here an it is NOT safe for him

Trust me, if I can give ZERO stars I would in a heart beat. Maintenance NEVER gets done in this place. It may be cheap, but the saying goes 'you get what you pay for'.. I have been to the hospital several times due to black mold that they refuse to solve. They think a fresh coat of paint will kill it, but it doesn't work like that because it is GROWN INTO THE WOOD! You have to gut out the infested wood and REPLACE it. Everything is rotted. The walls are falling apart, as well as the floors and the baseboards. They expect you to pay rent on time or get evicted, but they do NOTHING to make it worh living there. I suggest spending a little more money and find a place worth living in and your basic maintenance needs get met.

I, for 1, don’t live in the park….. however, I’ve done my laundry there 2 times. I like being able to go there &do my laundry even though I dont live in the park. It is clean, pricing is very reasonable and as far as I know, the cheapest in the Enterprise area. The man & woman that I spoke with were very nice and attentive to my needs. I will continue to do my laundry there….. once a week.

New ownership with new disposable management canceled all leases with the excuse of raising rent (at a west coast's democrapy cost of living) to "improve the property", and instead discontinue the included basic cable and try to cut corners to make more profit. Bad business practice undermining tenants and quality of service. Local staff have to follow what the big guys at New Jersey want them to do so they can put money in their pockets by neglecting service, Quality and maintenance.

If I could give it no stars I would. This place is a dump since new management came nothing gets done. Only certain people get maintenance while my porch and the inside of this trailer is failing apart. I have four work orders in and not one been services. They have the nerve to be cleaning the pool while the insides of these trailers need repair. Since Marie left this place turned into the ghetto...New management SUCKS ... DO NOT MOVE HERE ITs A DUMP.

I don't know much about living in this trailer park, but if you are going to do laundry here you should be prepared for broken washers and dryers. Most machines are not cleaned out. Pet hair and trash in the machines ?

This mobile home park has rentals, is fairly clean and quiet. It is Under New Management, and I have not met the new manager. There are some trailers that need obvious attention by the owners of the park. A lot of military do rent here during their stay
