While I did not buy directly from the Ozark location, I did have to deal with communicating with a manager here as it is the headquarters/main office for Trailer World AL. My experience was detestable. It was like dealing with a low quality used car salesman. He said everything he could to avoid addressing the issues at hand and avoid providing me with the service I paid up front for. When I pay $28,300 cash up front for a trailer to be built to order, I expect quality service and the product as ordered. Instead I got the run around, triple the delivery time, and more wait time to fix obvious issues I had to point out. They said they'd refund some money for my trouble, never saw it. Poor QC, poor service, poor experience. I do not recommend this business and will not buy from them again.

We developed a short in our travel trailer's brake line not allowing our tow vehicle's brake controller to engage the trailer's brakes. That's okay when you're in your home town and you can just go to your trailer service guy at your convenience. Unfortunately we were on the road traveling on our way to the Rocky Mountains which is definitely not a fun place to have your pick up truck doing all the heavy lifting when it comes to stopping your heavy travel trailer. After trying several other trailer brake companies in the area who couldn't squeeze us in to fix our problem we finally called Trailer World of Ozark, Alabama who came through for us. "CP" Chris Phillips the parts and service manager came through for us! After describing the problem CP asked further questions like a detective diagnosing the problem over the phone for cryin' out loud! We were an hour and a half away and they dropped everything and squeezed us in right away! We were in and out in about a half an hour and back on the road thanks to the guys at Travel World of Ozark

The only bad thing is, when I got home I did a thorough inspection and find a big scratch on the fender. I wish I had noticed this there but I did not. 🙁 The company response was that it wouldn't rust and they aren't sure how it got there.

A little bit of a drive, but worth the customer service and the quality of their products. These guys are pro's and will listen and get you in the perfect trailer for a great price. This is my 3rd major perchase with trailorworld. And I'm very happy with the deal and my new LoadTrail trailers. Chris went above and beyond getting my trailers set up exactly the way I wanted them. Thank you guys.

Responded quickly to an email. Helped me decide what trailer would best meet my needs without up selling. Daniel helped me locate the trailer I needed. Very helpful and very informative. I had problems getting there before 5pm closing time due to my work and Daniel came up with a solution to make it happen. He even stayed almost an hour after his shift to help me load up, and go over features of the trailer and my truck setup while hauling. 10/10
