I live 2 hours away so most of my communication has been with Brittany in service and I have never talk to anyone who was so knowledgeable and helpful. So when it comes time to service my bike which is like now that's where I'll be going and I suggest you do too.

Got my first bike here and love it. The people are good def work with Duncan and or Steven they are the best. Only thing I wish and it’s not the sales guys working the floor, is if they would work with you more on financing it’s like this is what you get and there is no moving it. When I could get a brand new truck for the price they want on a 2013 bike is a little outrageous.

I am visiting form KY and my 2010 cvo softtail convertible was running pretty ruff. Talked to there service department, they had me bring the bike around and got a tech to check it out. He spent about 40 minutes messing with it got it taken care of and got me back on the road. So thank you Mobile Bay Harley Davidson for taking the time to help me out. VERY MUCH APPRECIATED.

We had an awesome visit during their 1st annual mullet contest. Duncan met us at the door and spent a few minutes talking to us. He was obviously a salesperson, but did not come across as only being interested in selling us something. He was very personable and I enjoyed talking with him. If I lived in the area and was closer to being able to ride again, I'd definitely look to do business with him. I believe it was Isabella in Motorclothes who was also very hospitable. Overall, we had a very positive experience during our visit.
