I was referred to heath at H&D by a tuner I follow out of Texas, I contacted him and immediately noticed this guy knows his stuff, I explained the problems I was having and he knew why I was having the issues I was having right off the bat, I was really surprised that he took the time and explained everything in great detail on the phone, I really appreciate that, heath recommended some items to me and sent me dyno graphs of bikes with similar setups, I was able to save over $100 by buying the parts that he recommended vs buying from big online retailers, I install my parts and drop the bike off at his shop and even though he had a lot of work in the shop he was able to squeeze me in in a timely manner, he called me and let me know there were a couple issues with the bike that needed to be addressed before he could dyno tune the bike, he kept me updated every step of the way and was very professional, the bike now runs seamlessly and gets amazing fuel economy, I highly recommend the guys at H&D and they will be getting all of my business!!!

I haven't actually had them do any hands on work on my bike, but I stopped in to get a feel for the people that work there and ask a few questions about a problem I had with a tuner. Don was busy but made time for my questions and concerns. He struck me as a personable, honest, dedicated man. He is one of those guys that remembers where an old part is in storage that no one else knows. Don helped me and earned my future business today. I will be referring my sons to his shop. Update 6/14/2022:
I've had all my maintenance work done here since I have met them. I also had Heath install a cam, full exhaust, intake manifold, air cleaner, handlebars, SuperShox, oil cooler fan and do a full tune on the dyno for my 2022 Road King. I couldn't be more pleased with the work that has been done and the quality of service here. Don and Heath are, foremost, great listeners. They are obviously doing something they love. Every time I take an extended trip, my bike always feels ready and I appreciate being able to look the person that is wrenching on my bike in the eye. They are knowledgeable without being pushy or proud. Linda couldn't be friendlier or more helpful inside the store. I hope to have years ahead of their friendship and business.

Probably the best place to break down. On a 3,000 mile trip my bike broke down near Don and Linda’s shop. As soon as I got it to him Don pulled me in and got to work. Showed me what went wrong and got my bike back on the road. He was my only option and his rates are as fair as can be. Highly recommended this shop and wish I had a place like his in PA. Went there this morning to see if that could work on my bike. Even though they could not get to it. It was an excellent experience to talk to them and get some very good information on what I could do when I get my bike back home to Tennessee. Spent time with me and gave me part numbers and other information about my bike. I highly recommend the shop. Honestly is not lost here. Many Thanks!
