I would like to share my experience with Halls ocean springs, ms. After having a nightmare experience with a dealership in crestview fl I called the Ocean Springs Ms store where I was put in touch with Chase. I explained my experience with the other store which ranged from being mislead by the inter rep to the salesman and manager. I left there really pissed. So after explaining all this to Chase who very professional and understanding. He wanted to help us.(we were buying 2 quads). He only had 1 of the quads we were after. Well being the professional he is he helped us by putting us in touch with his buddy Andy in the Mobile store. Andy was amazing as well. He heard about our experience and when we arrived at his store one one of the bikes sold while we were on our way.

I would highly recommend Hall's to anyone looking for a new PWC, ATV or motorcycle. We started at Hall's looking for a PWC, but decided to shop around. Wayne and team were super helpful right from the beginning. After nearly a month of research and shopping around, we decided that Hall's was the place. Most of our transactions were done over the phone since we live in Alabama. Couldn't have gone any better. All questions answered! We even had to exchange a battery that wouldn't hold a charge, and again no issues at all! It was a 5 star experience working with you!
