Mr. Carl is AWESOME!! I have no idea how much he makes but that man deserves a raise! He has always been extremely helpful, knowledgeable and ALWAYS has a smile on his face!! I own a motorcycle and a lot of Automotive stores don't really carry a large selection of parts, other stores I'm told nope don't have parts for it and that's the end of that...but from the very first time I went to Advanced in Wiggins, Ms Mr Carl had no problem checking for parts or trying cross referencing for me. He truly believes in customer service and satisfaction and that is very rare these days. I truly appreciate his hard work

I can always count on Advance Auto Parts in Wiggins, Stone County, and MS. From the first time I've ever walked into Advance Auto, they've always been very nice and acknowledged that I've walked in the door. Even when I've not in there for a while, then I walked, and they still acknowledged me as soon as I walked into their doors. New face didn't know who the person was, and he had not a clue who I was.
I'm saying all this for a reason. I've been into the other local auto stores awhile back, and guys, no lie, it was like if they didn't know you, you didn't exist. Thank you, Advance Auto Parts, for being there for any parts or etc I may need for my vehicle.

Staff is helpful and friendly. Always willing to help find an answer if they don't know. Prices are outrageous but similar to other local parts shops. It's pretty much what you would expect. No complaints from me. I go here regularly.

Carl was very knowledgeable. As a woman with some knowledge about vehicles and having gone to other places to buy things it was nice to have someone that wasn't trying to sell me something that I didn't need.
