I stopped by to compare a couple of different ATV models. The sales people were down right rude. First, I walked around the showroom before any of the 4 or 5 sales people asked if I needed help. No other customers were there. Second, he asked who it was for and I said my son, though we were considering a youth versus larger model for the entire family. We hadn’t decided. When I told him how old he was (soon to be 10), he refused to show me anything but a 50. We already have a 50. I simply wanted to compare the sizes to help us make a decision. He didn’t ask any other questions. He was rude and refused to show me anything else. I have ridden dirt bikes and ATVs my entire life. It was completely uncalled for. We have 3 young sons and will no doubt be buying more bikes and ATVs in the coming years, but it will not be from Adams. If you need a Polaris go to Bama Buggies in Tuscaloosa!

This complex has great staff. It was fully stocked when I arrived, but it was empty when I left. I returned within a month for my second purchase. The prices are competitive and they offer full service!

I’ve bought 2 utvs from them in the past. Had stuff worked on, bought parts etc. all good, friendly staff. Today I had to deal with the rudest salesperson II’ve ever dealt with. The Manager was just as bad, said he was sorry etc. but that was all. I walked away and spent more money elsewhere because that salesman was a professional. This place has gone downhill fast. To Danny: Be patient my friend, learn another trade!

Couldn't find a chain breaker/rivet tool anywhere in stock. Adams had it!

Bought used side x side 23 model and was told it was serviced and cleaned. The air filter was clogged with dirt and all underneath was covered with dirt. Not good customer service. Don't trust their service dept because issue with oil plug being crossthreaded so service dept don't have a clue what they are doing. Will have to spend more money because of their incompetence.

Was able to get a price on a bike I was looking at fairly quickly. Called the salesman the next day and asked about another bike they have in stock. Wanted to get some otd pricing information. 3 days without a follow-up from the salesman. I won't beg you to sell me a bike. Purchased from Halls in Birmingham, who actually gave me a much better deal on my trade and better price on the new bike. Guess it was for the best. It's crazy because I have purchased from Adam's before, they just didn't seem too eager to make a sale.

I had the worst experience from a salesmen in my life at this location. He was a white guy with tattoos and a bald head. He was rude, dismissive, and generally just unpleasant to speak to. I came to your shop pre-approved to spend $11,500 from my bank $2000 cash in hand and a 2014 kawasaki brute 750i for trade in. I wasn't wanting much for the kawasaki as it had some mechanical issues. Your salesmen was instantly saying it wasn't worth my time and had ZERO willingness to work with me on anything. I then spun my sunglasses around and hoped he had some sort of solution and instead he turned his back to me and made me feel like the conversation was pretty much over. So I instead went across the street to Honda and received a delightful experience. I will NEVER return to this shop or any shop bearing the name adams as long as this employee is still there. You lost out on a 14k sale yesterday due to this man. Do better Adam's. Much much better
