I try not to write negative comments reviews often, and I doubt this is a common occurrence but my grandad walked into the store today and had an unpleasant experience. All of the other reviews suggest customer service is incredible. Not so much for my grandad he walked in and asked for an S-hook. The employee behind the counter waved him off and said over there somewhere. Then continued to look at his phone. My grandad walked out of the store because back in his day employees got paid to serve customers in stores like that.

These people can't run a parts store to save their lives. They will double charge you for parts, charging your account that should have been closed months ago, people call in and pay for parts, then get a bill in the mail, call the store and they say sorry I hit the wrong button, I'll clear it up. Next month a bill for the same part on the same account that should have been closed. Be careful when walking in, you might catch a popcorn kernel to the eye as the children working there are shooting each other with popcorn out of straws. Heather doesn't know a spark plug from an oil filter, their inventory is off by thousands of dollars, yet they have all the time in the world to play games. O'Riley's has the same parts for about 25-30% cheaper and can actully get the correct parts the first time. The owner has no idea what a mess this place is because he's never there. Some Jerry Springer show happening as the dad of one of the employees just hangs out there while his ex wife attempts to manage the store. Multiple times I've been in the store listening to mom, son, and ex husband bicker and cuss over their family problems while customers stare awkwardly waiting to be double charged for the wrong parts. Absolute joke of a business. Go see Tommy at bayfield napa if you don't want to drive to Durango. He actually knows what parts are and quit this clown show over mommy and her son running a muck. Sorry guys, truth hurts. This store needs an owner to step up and fire everyone in there, maybe he can re-coup the thousands of dollars he lost in inventory. Or maybe he supports them double charging and stealing from customers.

These guys are Knowledgeable enough but didn't pretend to know everything. Very good selection of commonly needed but never stocked items. In comparison to other autoparts store that is. A little town like ignacio sees lots of markup in shops . Parts city had minimal mark up on the things I needed

I've been going there for 5 years. Unlike a lot of parts places the employees are friendly and greet you by name. Generally, if they don't have it, they can get it. Great little parts store.

I went in the first time, recieved a warm welcome. The workers are funny and get the job done! I had many visits and they are the ones I always go to. Way to go!
