I brought a truck here to be serviced and it took them 8 and a half hours to change the oil, change 1 turn signal build, and replace a steer tire. They are SLOW, UNRESPONSIVE, DISRESPECTFUL, and quiet frankly horrible to deal with. "mechanics" walked around the parking lot all day long, it seems that's all they know to do.

This post is for the body shop portion of Southland. The work that Matthew & his folks do here is always good. The prices are very reasonable & the turn around on repair work is reasonable as well. If you have a CMV that needs body work I highly recommend checking this place out!

Sharon called me and told me she has a 2020 dry van trailer available. I specifically wanted a 2020 year. She told me she needed a deposit to keep the trailer for me. I sent it to her. She sent me papers to sign for a 2019 trailer, I asked her about it and she kept saying it’s the accounting mistake. They changed the papers to show the year 2020. Before my loan closing, I called her and asked her what’s the company’s name exactly so my bank could make the cashiers check. After I finalized my loan she sent me a bill of sale for a 2019 trailer. I called her and she says it is definitely a 2019. The accounting keeps making a mistake. How did they change my papers to show 2020 from the first place? She told me she could give me $400 off. I said no thanks. I’m not going to pay the same money for a 2019, when a 2019 is a few thousand cheaper than a 2020. Sharon wasn’t honest from the beginning.
