Great office staff, respectful and always glad to help you when needed. Maintenance team is very good too, takes care of any issues promptly. Lawn always very well maintained. Friendly neighbors. Glad Greystone @Riverchase is the place I chose to live.

We stopped by and spoke with Erin and were able to do a tour. The property is extremely nice. The apartment we toured was spacious and nice. Overall I feel this is a lovely community for us as future residents

I just viewed a 2 bedroom 2 bath with sunroom. And I am in love with it. The grounds and amenities are amazing. I did my viewing with Taniah she was awesome. I’m looking forward to moving here.

It a beautiful place If you don't mind notes on your door every time you or your neighbor are breaking one of there million of rules they have . Or if you dont mind them coming into your apartment every month sometimes up to six times in one month be prepared to pay for new carpet when you move out even though there leaking ac is what damage the carpet they charge 300 if your dog poop and you don't pick it up but someone dog poop in front of my door and it set there for 3 days they never clean out side your breezeway would have leafs blowing in to my apartment when I open the door

The staff at Greystone are very professional, courteous and have very good communication skills with customer service added too. They are very caring about their people that live here. Making sure our needs are taken care of. Since l am older, l appreciate it very much .
