During my four-year stay at Sawyer's Mobile Home Estates, I had an overwhelmingly positive experience. The park's location was ideal for me, offering easy access to various amenities and services in Smith Station and about 15 miles from Fort Benning (Moore). The affordability of the rent made it a fantastic value for the quality of living provided.

While I found many aspects of Sawyer's Mobile Home Estates to be excellent, some areas could use improvement. One such area is the consistency of driveway upkeep within the park. More frequent maintenance would enhance the overall aesthetic appeal and functionality of the community.

Despite this minor issue, I wholeheartedly recommend Sawyer's to anyone searching for a reasonably priced place to live in Smith Station. The combination of convenience, affordability, and overall value makes it a standout option for those looking for a comfortable and budget-friendly RV/camper solution in the area.

For four sun-kissed days, we wandered through this verdant haven, our senses alive with the symphony of rustling leaves and distant birdsong. The area unfolded before us like a treasure map, revealing hidden gems at every turn. From the stalwart halls of the Infantry Museum to the whispers of valor echoing within the Tuskegee Airmen Museum, history wove itself into our very footsteps.

But it wasn't just the past that held us captive; it was the present—the soul-soothing respite that awaited us each evening. As the sun dipped below the horizon, we nestled into our well-earned haven—a cozy nook within Sawyers Mobile Home Estates and RV Park. The concrete slabs cradled our home on wheels, and there was ample room to park our trusty car alongside. We'd sit outside, sipping tea, and watch the stars emerge, their celestial dance a reminder that time is both fleeting and eternal.

And so, with the promise of return lingering in the air, we bid farewell to this green sanctuary. But it's not goodbye—it's a whispered vow. We'll be back, drawn by the pull of nature's embrace and the quiet magic of Sawyers Mobile Home Estates and RV Park. ✨

I rent a storage area for my camper the park has best prices for rental but limited to little space as mainly staying full capacity

The folks at Sawyers were very helpful and the site was an enjoyable place to stay. During our visit, we had a medical emergency occur and they did their very best to help us. We look forward to the opportunity to return for another stay with these kind folks. We are grateful for their flexibility, kindness and excellent service.

Unfortunately, Sawyer's has wholly gone downhill. My wife and I have stayed here periodically throughout the past 15 years, but we will be looking for a new RV spot. About the only thing they do is mow the grass. The driveway is torn up to the point that there are more potholes than asphalt. Ever since Mr. Sawyer died (rest his soul), his daughter has let the property sink into complete disarray. She obviously doesn't want or care about the property, just the money. Do yourself, and your vehicle's shocks, a favor and look for a new RV spot

Really over priced for a older model trailer set up. Gotta go through a million hoops just to live there? Asked for a family member and boy my jaw hit the ground. I understand inflation but older people on fixed incomes can’t afford this. So who is going to live there? People that can barely pay by the skin of their teeth ? Because people that can actually afford $800 plus in rent I promise ya aren’t going here.

This is the best RV park I have stayed at. Very friendly staff and great rates. The lots are spacious and very clean. Very country like environment and close to everything.
