After my partner getting a picture of one of their Boats.
I had to do a walk through and check them out.
I am all about going fast and that boat hull impressed me to the point I had to check the plant out.
I have been part of a number of Yacht builds and boat builds & always the ones with speed.
Its All about going fast to me!
My walk through was very impressive & the plant manager was very helpful and fast to show the speed and upgrades & concerns with a complaint by an owner to upgrade so that one is never again.
Just one complaint & they change what's needed.

Most impressive is the Good Energy the Plant and people have.

It’s rare to get such amazing customer service as I did with Ashley….. she took the time to listen and offered several solutions as well as tagging me directly onto a fb post that offered me a lot of options into what I wanted to do. We’ve been Glasstream owners now for over 8 years.
We are so Happy with our 255ProXS. It’s are 3rd Glasstream in 8 Years. First was the 221 then the 242 and now the 255Pro. All boats have been perfect! There is not a time that we go boating that we don’t have a compliment. Recently we had people come by and ask if they could take a picture with our boat. We are down in the keys and people say you have the best looking boat down here. We are so happy with our Glasstream. If you want a boat that is quality, looks fantastic and runs smooth and fast with a step hull you should look into a Glasstream, you won’t be disappointed.

Boat- hands down love the boat!!! 20CCR is amazing!
Dealer- Hands down R.K. are amazing to deal with! Have been there for me every step of the way.
Warranty Department and Customer Service- Poor Quality!!! After a week of trying to receive a fuel cap and getting the round about for my brand new boat, I finally received almost two weeks later. I had called, left messages, sent emails and tried to contact any body through Glasstream to get me the part. I would be glad to send you all the screen shots I have taken that show proof of the communication and how poor the quality was. I was very unsatisfied with this department and especially the delayed response time after I had been told the part would ship on a Monday and did not receive the part until 10 days after it was suppose to ship.

I currently own a 280 PRO-XS and I love it!! You can't beat the price of the boat and the quality. After owning a Cape Horn... my Glasstream is by far the best boat i've ever had. If you're looking for quality, speed and a company that cares about their customers don't look any further.

I’m a lifelong boater and had a 36’ custom made for me with all the whistles and bells . After receiving it I experienced multiple issues, some small and some not so small. I wasn’t satisfied with the end product and the issues were overwhelming me so I got rid of it after 10 months and bought a spectacular 37’ Midnight Express.
Do your diligence before making any major purchase!

Hello Boaters, Just a quick update on my experience with the Purchase of my 2020 Pro XS. , I had an issue on my previous review, Glasstream has stepped up to the plate and taken care of the entire matter . They resolved all the issues on my boat and took care of the all my concerns. Glasstream cares about their customers, I found out first hand. They stepped up to the plate. Until you experience the Performance of the A. L. Kirkland designed stepped hull you will not believe it. The handling is superb. The ride completely dry even in the rough. The styling speaks for itself. You can spend a whole lot more money on other brands, but you can’t buy a better boat at any price.
