I will never use there service again, the Pelham/Hoover location did not have any vehicles available despite having reservations a week prior. The associate at the desk was very rude and unprofessional! She didn't have any concern in trying to assist us. She said that she tried calling us but never did! They should just close that location if that is how they manage there business.

I can't even give this one star, but I had to jsut to post this.
I booked a car on February 8th...my trip is tomorrow (2.24.24) and I JUST got a call that there will not be a car for me! The day before my trip. Will not be using or recommending , ever .
