In 2017 I took my boat to be prepared there. It was an insurance claim involving my outboard motor that was damaged. The claims rep met with Robert and got the claim paid. After some delay, my insurance company paid the claim of $7500.00. I signed the check over to Robert Parnell who cashed the check and never ordered the motor. He also kept my older damaged motor. I am currently suing him in court and he is doing his best to hide all his assets. I am writing this review so that the world knows that Robert is an absolute crook. He will steal from you and after checking around found out that no other businesses will take checks from him because of a history of stealing from people. DO NOT DO BUSINESSS WITH THIS MAN. HE IS A LIAR AND A THIEF.

If I could give negative stars I would.. This person is supposedly a friend of the family and he put a power steering pump on our boat, turns out it was used and bolts were loose!! During that process, they knocked off the alternater belt... We had them change the foot and gear oil, during that process they broke the check valve on the reservoir.. They changed the motor oil and oil filter, and the oil filter literally came loose and leaked oil to the point the motor almost blew.... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY .. they clearly do not care about their customers, they are only worried about your pocket book!!!!

I recently had a major engine cooling problem with my Yahama engine. Scotts Marine repaired the problem on short order. The cost for repair was very reasonable and the repairs solved my problem. Good experience for me!
