I’ve gotten work done on two different pickup trucks on several different occasions. Gene & Sons are professional, transparent, and they work in a timely manner when performing repairs. One can’t go wrong with taking a vehicle hear for service and/or repair. Any time I’m home and need some work done on my truck, I definitely go here. You won’t be disappointed.

Five star experience all the way around. Should be 10 stars. Truck broke down on the interstate and was able to limp it to the next exit. Called my roadside assistance company and they gave me their number for a tow. Well the issue was, I had a camper in tow. Nancy answered the phone and was immediately willing to help. They came with a tow truck for my truck and a dually for the camper. They towed my truck to their shop and my camper to the campground. Because we were traveling they moved me to the front of the line and Mike and I had spoken on the phone and thank goodness his phone diagnosis was spot on. 2–3 hours later and my truck was fixed. I had already booked the campground for the night, so we stayed. All I can say is they went out of their way to help us out and even offered to take us grocery shopping if we needed to. You just don’t get service like that everywhere and I am truly appreciative for everything they did. Even thought I don’t live in the area, I would highly recommend Mike, Nancy, and the family for great prices and service!!!!

Horrible customer service, receptionist needs to be fired. No communication whatsoever. I had to continuously call them to get updates on my car cause they’d never put in effort to call me. They also lied to me about my car being in the garage and In the process of being looked at when the whole time it was parked outside in the tow area since the day they picked it up. So much of my time wasted. Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone… Stay Away!!!

Nancy and her son Mich went above and beyond after I blew a tire on I-85 south. I was scared and shaken and in the middle of nowhere. Nancy calmed me down and texted me so she could find my location. I immediately felt safer and Mich arrived and had me back on the road quickly. He advised me that my tire was a little low and gave me directions to a great tire place two exits up. The kindness of strangers was in full force from this amazing family owned business! Thank you!

Mike came out and picked me up just off of I85 when I had transmission problems. I am not from the area so I was nervous as I waited for my insurance company to contact a towing company. When Mike showed up I knew I was in good hands. He arrived quickly, was super friendly, and was more than happy to refer a couple mechanic shops in Auburn before towing me to the one I chose. Would highly recommend!

They were very busy and we’re still able to help me get me on my way. I was stranded in Auburn and couldn’t figure out what was wrong with my car and as soon as I pulled up they help me figure out what was going on and helped me get back to school! Highly recommend
